Rob Collins
Rob is a practical strategist with deep experience across building systems, estate operations, and
digital transformation. Formally qualified in
electrical, mechanical, and building energy
management systems (BEMS) as well as
sustainability and health and safety he brings a rare blend of hands-on technical fluency and strategic capability.
Over the past 15+ years, Rob has led work across carbon reduction, infrastructure upgrades, digital maturity, and operational efficiency. He’s shaped and delivered smart campus strategies, reduced
utility costs at scale, and helped large estates
modernise systems while maintaining service continuity.
He is known for bridging the worlds of estates and IT enabling collaboration across functions that don’t
always speak the same language. Rob is trusted for his calm, credible presence in complex
environments, and for his ability to move between the detail and the big picture without losing momentum.
Oliver Ramsey
Oliver combines analytical rigour with strong sector insight. With a first-class BSc and an MRes (Distinction) in Mathematics and Economics, he brings clarity and evidence-based thinking to
complex estate challenges.
Over the past eight years, he has led transformation initiatives across higher education and public sector estates helping organisations embed smart
technology and build strategies to use data more effectively.
As Lead Analyst for Smart Technology, he
championed the shift to a data-driven culture. He designed and delivered data literacy programmes that helped operational teams and senior leaders extract value from complex systems.
Oliver’s experience spans leadership, stakeholder engagement, and estate-wide change. He focuses on using the right technology and data not just more of it to help organisations make better decisions.
